Cracker pod – A biodegradable seaweed pod that we will put near the great pacific garbage patch. When it biodegrades it will release non-harmful chemicals that erode all the plastic in a 5-mile radius.
The only downside to this product is that it will be very expensive as there will need to be a lot of research to create this.
The great Bubble barrier – This invention will be placed on the end of rivers and streams to push the plastic of course stopping the plastic from getting to the ocean. Fish will still be able to get through the barriers as the bubbles are only powerful enough to stop plastic. People will get the plastic in the collection point that the bubbles blow the plastic to.
The ocean snake of doom – This invention is a remote-controlled device that will operate in ports, volunteers will use a remote control to move the snake over the rubbish to then be collected.
Bottle bank- Using the Norwegian Strategy we plan to implement it across the Islands. It will stop litter coming from there population.
How to stop litter coming from the Ocean- We will place a multi-mile Bubble barrier heading through this passage stopping plastic hitting shores
We have decided to get our company’s main investors to give us all of their plastic in return of our biodegradable seaweed substitute. Our main investors are Coca-Cola™ and Nestlé™. These major plastic users will hopefully allow their products to be swapped out.
Our Seaweed Substitute will be made off high-payed ,local workers to create the image of a local business. We will acquire these working locals by offering them better living conditions.
Indonesian workers unfortunately do not have good lives so we will make them better by giving them a proper job opportunity.
